Privacy Policy

This page describes the privacy principles for the Veya Android application currently in internal testing. The legal operator is the verified entity shown in the Veya submission on WeChat Open Platform.

1. Who may use Veya

Veya is intended only for users aged 18 or older. Identity and age verification may be required before access to core social functions.

2. Information we may process

• Account and login information, such as mobile number and authentication session data.
• Identity-verification status required to confirm adult access.
• Profile information submitted by the user.
• Match, conversation, message, voice/video call and safety-action records necessary to provide the service.
• Recharge order, wallet and transaction records necessary to provide paid calling.
• Device, security and diagnostic information necessary to prevent abuse and maintain service reliability.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, matching, messaging, calling, wallet functions, moderation, safety support, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal compliance.

4. Payments

Payment credentials such as merchant private keys are not stored in the Android client. Wallet credit is based on verified server-side payment facts, not solely on a client-side payment result.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may use qualified service providers for communications, payments, identity verification, moderation, storage or push delivery when required. We limit shared information to what is necessary for the relevant function.

6. Security

We use access controls, audit records, encrypted transport and server-side authorization to reduce unauthorized access or modification. No security system can guarantee absolute protection.

7. User choices

Users may access settings for account actions, block/report functions and account deletion where available in the product.

8. Current product status

Veya is currently in Android internal testing and is not yet publicly listed in an app marketplace. This policy may be updated before public release.
